Vacancy of Sales & Marketing Administrator
We are seeking a suitable candidate to play an important role in our sales process. The role involves the generation of new sales leads, cleansing the Company’s sales database, developing marketing data and messaging to our sales team and customers. The position will be based in our Jelenia Gora office. The successful candidate will be required to work closely with our Irish sales team, based in Dublin. The candidate will be required to spend 1-2 weeks in Dublin for training. Please indicate your salary expectations on your cover email.

Duties will include:
Research of various mediums and generation of new leads from same, eg industry publications, online databases and directories, marketing campaigns Maintaining and updating the Company’s sales database – database ‘cleansing’ Data analysis & measurement of results Developing the Company’s product messaging Marketing (mailshots, marketing material)
Requirements:
- Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken
- Possess a combination of IT and business experience
- Have experience working to specific operational metrics
- Demonstrate strong levels of organisation, enthusiasm, commitment and possess a target driven approach to work
- Excellent computer literacy in email, internet and MS Word and Excel. Experience working with databases would be an advantage
- Good time management skills essential
- Ability to work efficiently on own initiative

Senior Developer
The role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, energetic individual to work with a successful Irish-based company. The company has recently opened an engineering office in Jelenia Gora and is looking for a senior developer to strengthen its team.  

- Essential Key skills : Mobile technologies (J2ME, C# etc), ASP, .NET, SQL, Web Services integrations (essential)
- Experience – 5years + using/implementing the above technologies
- Very strong English communication skills
- Excellent analytical/estimation skills
- Good business understanding.  
The ideal candidate will meet all of the criteria described above and will have responsibility for being the link between the business and the engineering team i.e. understanding fully the business requirements and translating those requirements into engineering tasks/activities.
